This is located around 9 kms from center. The access road is good, but access inside the property is poorly laid. The stairs leading to the room is covered with bird droppings. The rooms are pathetic with fungus on the walls and furniture. The room is small with a queen size bed (actually small). It cannot accommodate 2 adults and a kid. As there was power shutdown in the city, they were on power backup (only for 2 lights - one in the room and one in the toilet). No back up for the fan. It is quite hot in Vagamon as it is off season, how can one be even without a fan for a room that charges around 3k. Poor state of affairs. My 9 year old kid asked me if the place was haunted at the very first sight. I cancelled my booking. Online sites should not host such properties with poor maintenance.

I should have give only half a star for the room and service, unfortunately there is no option for that. Roof of the triple bed room is made of metal sheet during raining time you will hear annoying chuttering sound. I have no words to explain the poor cleanliness of the room. There is no dining table in room, they have only common dinning hall. Simply I would ask everyone not to choose the room until they sort out these problem.

Everything is fine but staff is better ☺️ love the atmosphere and hill view restaurant not live walkable distance Charle Lake in pullikkanam tea estate guys you can feel the tea factory mist also you can buy parcel from factory outlet 🤠 ever ask for peaceful place near the main road. Next time I will go for off road experience.... My kids love this place

Mist wood is located at a very peaceful location near the heart of the city with lot of sight seeing and out door activities staff down to earth very neat rooms with fair price. Choice of food. Family friendly.

Better value for money Reached at midnight friendly and cooperative people. Surrounding nature is great greenish in the middle of tea estate, better rooms in this range. Clean and fresh water 😊 filled oxygen for one year.. Restorent not working properly we have to order one hour before 🥺

Good climate 🥰 cool place new buildings staff where ok turn to be a good destination point a good swimming pool be better i recommend to visit near by Charlie lake in the evening like life time memo

It was a really bad experience. It was extremely unhygienic and was full of a foul smell inside the room.. the room was not well maintained and that too was really too small compared to the given description. We just got there and was shocked seeing how far away the place was from the live area.but we're informed it's too close. We just switched to another property to stay with 15 mins. Of reaching there.. and no cancellation policy was available. . It was really horrible. I think the provided reviews will be either payed or from known ones.. otherwise nobody would rate so.
